Our story

Founded in 2024 by former Mews leaders and recruiters, Finlay was born from a problem we knew firsthand: hiring great people takes too much time and too many tools. So we built the AI recruiting teammate we always wished we had. One that helps teams find, engage and hire great people, right from Slack. Fun fact: there’s also a planet called Finlay, 112 light-years away. Our Finlay is a little easier to reach.
